Hello, I’m Joshua Blair, M.OMSc. I earned my Osteopathic diploma at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2019. What got me into it? In 2014, at the tender age of 22, after years of sports and probably a bit too much rugby, I stumbled into an osteopath’s office as I heard they could help me with some post-concussion symptoms I was experiencing for about 10 months. After a couple of treatments, I walked out seeing clearer and I was able to exercise again, finally without the fog. Oh, and I could actually sit in a car for more than 10 minutes without squirming around. I felt better than I had in years.
A muscle only becomes tight or sore when the structures fails. Muscles there to hold us up, not to hold us back! Similarly a joint can’t move out of place on its own, it needs to be held there by muscles. Osteopathy is about finding the problem, fixing it, and letting the body work normally again. Nothing can match the results you can get from Manual Osteopathy, whether you have had a joint/muscle problem, digestive issue, or any other problem with your health. The healing power of the body that is unlocked when the structure is right can be pretty incredible. I look forward to sharing just what osteopathy can do for you, your body and your well being.
Should you ever have any questions about Osteopathy, you can contact me personally at 587-225-9734.

I have always been interested in alternative health care and non- medicinal treatments of the mind and body. Working with Dr. Sagan at the Naturally Good Health Clinic has been a perfect fit.
I graduated from Mount Royal College in 2005 and Foothills College of Massage in 2006. At Mount Royal, I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and am certified in Acupressure and Reflexology. I am also certified in the Bowen Technique and have my level 2 Reiki. Having such a diverse range of modalities in my background is what I believe makes me the therapist I am today.
I truly believe there is no one way that is the “right” way. Everyone must find what works best for them and what they are comfortable with. With an open mind and positive outlook, we can discover many different ways to achieve health and happiness.
With my background as a Birth Doula and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, I specialize in Perinatal massage. However, I enjoy treating people of all ages and conditions. Through constant education and research, I continue to learn, but it is truly from my experience with my clients through the years, that really helps my practice grow! From relaxation massage, to sports injury, to motor vehicle accident recovery, I can help you discover wellness and balance.

My interest in natural health began in my childhood. I grew up in a household with parents that opted for healthy traditional foods, grew a vegetable garden, drank herbal teas and spent time outdoors. When I encountered health concerns, it seemed natural to consult with an alternative health care provider. I became interested in cleansing, outdoor activities and helping others. I went on to complete a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary in Ecology, then graduated from a four year doctorate program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005.
I have a practice in naturopathic family medicine with a focus on chronic illness, digestive concerns, autoimmune conditions, low immune function, hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, sleep concerns, anxiety, depression, skin disorders, fertility, pregnancy care, pediatrics and working with highly sensitive people.
My goal is to improve your health status and quality of life, to facilitate healing through gentle therapies in order to reconnect with yourself and natural rhythms in the body, and to counsel you on what nutrition and lifestyle choices will work best for you. This will allow you to bring more happiness and peace into your life. This renewed sense of vitality and balance allows you to more freely pursue your true purpose.

I’m Dr. Rebecca Sagan, Clinic Owner and Naturopathic Doctor. I earned a B.Sc. (Biology) from the University of Lethbridge and then went on to complete the 4 year naturopathic medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto graduating in 2003. Naturopathic medicine became a part of my world after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at 21 years of age. Looking back, I can see how I ended up with this level of gut inflammation. I had been struggling with acne and taking antibiotics to treat it, I had my wisdom teeth pulled that spring and was told to take more antibiotics to prevent infection afterwards, then I had a bout of strep throat and ended up on more antibiotics. All these rounds of antibiotics in a 4 month period pretty much devastated my microbiome and I was left with some scary painful cramping and some terrible GI symptoms. After scopes, a diagnosis of an IBD and a prescription of anti-inflammatories for the rest of my life, I felt like there had to be another way. So began my journey into naturopathic medicine, I made some intense diet changes and took lots of supplements under the guidance of my naturopathic doctor, I did rounds of acupuncture and tried not to stress out too much while still going to university full-time. After 18 months of being super diligent, I was able to stop all medications, I still had some repopulating of my gut to do, but I was officially told I was disease free and have been ever since. This experience inspired me to want to share what I had learned and it continues to motivate me to help others overcome their health challenges.
